At G Pen, we stand behind the quality of our high-performance vaporization technology and offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the RMA process.
Secure Packaging
Place the unused electronic device and all original accessories back into the manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the item is in new condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
